We ensure the highest level of skill development and experience for every member of our team. Over 95% of our employees are registered in Le programme d’apprentissage en milieu de travail (PAMT). This recognized provincially certified program guarantees each employee receives experienced supervision on the job to master their craft, and develop and enhance their skills. The program is based on a national professional standard — named Red Seal — and is available to them for a period of two to four years. Two of our employees have successfully completed the program and are now certified.
